1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a professional‑oriented international trading company based in Nanning, Guangxi.
We maintain long‑term strategic partnerships with dozens of locally audited factories. Instead of self‑production, we select reliable manufacturers strictly according to your requirements, to guarantee stable product quality and competitive prices.

2. What products can you supply?

Our main product range covers tissue paper, hardware & building materials, as well as local agricultural spices.
We also provide customized sourcing service: you may send over your product specifications, and we will match qualified local suppliers for you.

3. Can you accept OEM & private‑label orders?

Yes. OEM and private‑label services are available.
We will coordinate with our cooperative factories for packaging printing, logo customization and other personalized requirements. Please share your detailed demands so we can confirm feasibility and relevant costs.

4. How about your sample policy?

Samples can be provided upon request.
Sample cost and freight will be borne by the buyer. Sample lead‑time depends on specific product types. We will refund part of the sample fee when you place formal bulk orders.

5. What is your quotation & reply time?

Our preferred communication channel is email.
Normally we will send you a formal quotation within 24‑48 working‑hour (China GMT+8, Monday‑Friday). Messages sent on weekends or Chinese public holidays will be processed after we resume work.

6. What trade terms do you support?

We are familiar with full‑set export‑trade operations. We support FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and other Incoterms.
We can arrange shipping, customs declaration and whole‑set export documents according to your designated trade term.

7. How do you control product quality?

All partner factories pass multi‑level screening, including on‑site factory inspection, qualification verification and corporate‑culture assessment.
Before shipment, we can assist to arrange third‑party inspection according to your needs, to make sure goods conform to your standards and target‑market certification requirements.

8. Which payment methods are available?

We mainly adopt T/T bank transfer for international business.
Other payment options can be further discussed based on order situation.
